Couleur : clear plastic and inside colorful material was visible thought it

It was lost in London - near 82 Piccadilly Mayfair, W1J8JA - next to Le Deli Robuchon or near 47/49 Belgrave road, Victoria, SW 1V2BB - Luna Somone Hotel. I was leaving the hotel and walking to the Uber (it was standing may be 30 meters away from the hotel, next to another hotel). I could lose it while getting in the car or getting out - at Le Deli Robuchon. I hope that someone might find it and bring to the hotel/cafe. I contacted Uber driver, it was not found in the car.
