It`s a lightweight, yellow foam mat and is silver/grey on the underside. The yellow surface of it has a waffle-like texture. It folds up like an accordion. It`s fairly new. It`s 2cm thick,13cm high when folded, 183cm when unfolded and 51cm wide. "NIGAMA" is printed in black marker at each end of the mat.

In the unrenovated Women`s washroom in VIA rail departure area near first bathroom stall., or by the pay phone booth just outside the bathroom, or left on a metal seat possibly in the FIRST part of the food court accessible from the END of the VIA Rail departure area, where you TURN RIGHT, GO DOWN A RAMP, TURN RIGHT, and find the first food shops. There are some METAL CHAIRS fixed to the floor where i might have left it , WEDNESDAY NOV.9, between 11AM -12PM.
