Good afternoon, my name is Sofia Rodriguez Vera. I had a flight from Helsinki airport on 27th October 2022.
Initially my routing was with Delta Airlines:
- Helsinki-Paris (operated by Air France)
-Paris Detroit (by Delta Air Lines)
-Detroit - Miami (by Delta Air Lines)
My booking number was GRP059 with Delta.
But the airport employer made a mistake and registered me under a different name as another person with a amost similar last name. So he registered me as a RODEGUERO LIENE.
Her trip that day was with KLM Royal Dutch Airline and rotating was HEL-AMS-GRU with KLM ROYAL DUTCH AIRLINE.
At the time of boarding, I realized I have a wrong boarding pass. So I asked the manager for help. He gave me a new correct boarding pass and promised that my two checked bags will be delivered to the plane right away as he called and asked for that. At the same time, he forgot to return me my previous boarding pass with attached tag numbers of my 2 checked luggage. The evidence that l have is a pasanger receipt of excess baggage (l will attach it)
At the end of my trip all my luggage was lost. They delivered already one of two languages a few days before but I'm still missing the other. We already checked all the airlines who could be involved with a both trips, (mine and that another lady) but it didn't give any results.
DESCRIPTION of the suitcase:
-Color light pink (or someone can say light purple) with black strip of zipper, black wheels and handles. No locker
-wrapped at the airport with transparent plastic wrap
-Weight about 27 kg, very heavy.
-the sticker on the handle can be with my name (Sofia Rodriguez Vera) or with name Rodeguero Liene
INSIDE the suitcase:
-syringes 100 pieces
-a bottle of water 1 liter
-Soft toys (several, one of them, 1meter in length, pink.popular toy, name is Kissy Missy)
-Some medicines
-one brown women's boot
- large 14 kg wrapped white bag with gymnastic suits in it, labeled Florida Gymnastics Academy
‼‼Please help us to find it!!!! In that suitcase there are costumes for gymnastic team of Florida. Very important Championship is coming on 19th of November and kids a very disappointed.
