Objet perdu : On 08.12.2022 I flew from BUD to CDG with AF1395 (seat 9D) and landed on CDG at 14:30 (booking reference: KJ24ED). Unfortuly I left my iPad behind in front of me, in the seat pocket. I continuously can track my equipment position with Apple Find My application. Based on the position tracking, I know that my staff is still on the same plane A319 traveling around Europe with tale number F-GRHN. I think that my equipend is somewhere in the overhead compartment used by the crew or in other storage places around the plane. I filed my claim on 09.12.2022. morning (claim number: C-5814274), regularly updated my claim with the actual position of my iPad. It is today already the 10th day I know where is my iPad, but nobody is answering my calls and claim. My claim is still an unopen status saying “We have received your complaint and will process it as soon as possible.”
